FAQ’S

What method do you use for delivery?

Toll Priority satchels are used to safely and efficiently transport your orders directly to your door. Your order has a tracking number for peace of mind. The size and cost of your parcel are determined based on the weight of the goods. See Delivery Cost.

For international delivery we quote on an individual basis according to weight and location.
More information regarding international delivery.

Please note: Toll do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been placed we will endeavour to process it within 48hrs*. If your order includes a 'practitioner only' product we will contact you either via email or phone to confirm with one of our qualified naturopaths that the product is safe and suitable for you to use by asking a few simple questions, just as we would in-store. Once confirmed, we will proceed with your order promptly.

Toll Priority ensures a speedy delivery service with guaranteed next business day delivery available to most Australian locations.

*Excludes at weekends, public holidays, or other extenuating circumstances.

How do you deliver refrigerated items?

We take care with refrigerated items by wrapping them with an icepack and placing in a foil bag to help maintain a cool temperature. However, when they reach you they must be placed immediately back into a refrigerator to restore to ideal storage temperature. Many of these products only require refrigeration upon opening or have been clinically tested and shown to survive for periods of time outside the recommended storage temperature. If you require a different delivery method please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.

What if an item I order is unavailable (out of stock)?

In the case of an item being unavailable, we will contact you either via email or phone (during business hours) to advise you that the item is out of stock and where possible offer an alternative if it suits your needs. If you prefer to wait for the out of stock item then we may postpone your order until is available again.

What are the questions I must answer to purchase ‘practitioner only’ products?

'Practitioner Only' products are brands that are exclusive to qualified practitioners for professional recommendation. Therefore, 'Practitioner products' require one of our qualified naturopaths to ensure the product is safe and suitable for you. As part of our duty of care, a questionnaire is required to be completed before purchase of any practitioner products. The questions asked are similar to what we would ask in-store and include questions about your history of use of the product/s, your prescribing practitioner, and your general health status. The form is then reviewed by one of our friendly naturopathic team once your order is placed. This form is only required once and then it is securely stored for next time you log in to shop. The information supplied is reviewed as necessary based on the products you order.

If I need other items that are not online, may I request them?

Yes! At Friendlies Chemist Subiaco we have a wide range of products including skin care, body care, cosmetics, hair care, dental care, first aid and much more. Our online selection is growing every day as we build our site and aim to offer you the best online pharmacy shopping experience you can have. For an item you are seeking but can’t find, please add a note of the item/s you would like or contact us with your request or enquiry. Provided we stock the item or can order it in for you then we will happily assist you.

When is my credit card charged?

Your order is only processed and charged once your order has been received and checked that all items are in stock. If any 'Practitioner products' are within the order then these are reviewed for safety and suitability first by checking the required questionnaire.

How can I be sure my personal details are secure?

To maintain privacy of your personal information our website is secured with an SSL certificate built into the shopping system. An SSL certificate is like a code on the web server that provides security for online communications and each SSL certificate is unique. When your web browser contacts our secured web site, the SSL certificate enables an encrypted connection. It’s kind of like sealing a letter in an envelope before sending it through the mail.
