Returns Policy
At Friendlies Chemist Subiaco we offer a return for online purchases under the following circumstances:
- If there is a fault with a product
- If a product arrives to you damaged
- If the incorrect product is sent by us
These circumstances will be
evaluated on an individual basis and may result in either a refund or product replacement. Terms, conditions and warranty of the product manufacturer may apply.
In all cases the discrepancy
must be notified to us within 10 working days of the delivery date.
In the case of an incorrectly selected product on the customer's behalf, we will offer an exchange or a store credit note valid for 3 months. However, in that case the product must be returned to us at the customer's expense.
Please note that no returns are offered on products that require either particular storage conditions such as refrigerated items and homeopathic remedies, or that carry hygeine regulations such as cosmetics and personal care products.
