We now use Toll Priority satchels to safely and efficiently transport your orders directly to your door. Your order has a tracking number for peace of mind. The size and cost of your parcel are determined based on the weight of the goods. See Delivery Cost below.
Please note: Toll do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been placed we will endeavour to process it within 48hrs*. If your order includes a 'practitioner only' product we will confirm with one of our qualified naturopaths that the product is safe and suitable for you to use by reviewing the required questionnaire. Once confirmed, we will proceed with your order promptly.
Toll Priority ensures a speedy delivery service within guaranteed next business day delivery to most Australian locations.
*Excludes at weekends, public holidays or extenuating circumstances.
